PAYMENT
When you want to purchase a print product, simply click the “shop now using PayPal” button associated with that product. You will be directed to Paypal with a set price for that particular item. You can pay with a credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account. Fill out all of the info and afterward PayPal will direct you to a page on our site with instruction on how to submit your files. We’re sorry but all order must be paid in full before an order can be processed.
GRAPHICS MUST BE PREPARED CORRECTLY FOR PRINT
To place an order make sure you have your graphics ready to print. If you don’t know how to prepare files for print you should consider having our design team prepare the file for you. It costs $25 to check the file and make minor adjustments to ensure that it will print properly. If any adjustments are needed we charge an average of $50 for pre-press production. If you have a graphic designer who also knows how to pre-flight and prepare print files for production you can also have them prepare the files. Make sure it’s someone you trust who really knows how to do it. Many designers think they know how to prepare files but if they make a mistake it can cost you hundreds of dollars. We will not be responsible for any mistakes in printing if we do not design or prepare the artwork.

PRODUCTION TIME
Most products take 2-4 business days and 1 day for shipping in California; If it will take longer it will say so next to the product. Business (or working) days are Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday, the order will not begin to process until first thing Monday morning. Then the order will ship at the latest (for 2-4 days only) on Thursday and if you are in California it will arrive at your address on Friday. If you have a deadline and need your products sooner please email us first orders@jweprintservices.com and we will respond with expedited options. Please know that it will cost more for next-business-day printing or expedited shipping.
SHIPPING
All products are drop-shipped to your location. Products will arrive in one day within California using UPS ground. If you live outside of California shipping can take up to 7 business days depending on your location.
Expedited shipping is available. Email us first (orders@jweprintservices.com) beforepaying for your order. Simply include the type of shipping you would like in the email; we will give you an updated price and a new pay button. If you order, pay, and then decide you need faster shipping email us right away and we will redo the order and have you pay the additional amount through Paypal.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush Orders are available. First off you will be charged 40% more for a rush order so please plan ahead and save yourself money. If a rush is required email us and we will discuss the details and option with you.
